Lisa Hannah brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to preserving legacies while guiding families through the complex terrain of real property estate transitions. A certified Mediator, Lisa specializes in helping high-net-worth individuals and families in navigating succession planning and property management with respect, care, discretion and strategic foresight.
Lisa’s professional journey began in the dynamic 1990s tech financial boom at RCM Capital Management, a leading portfolio management firm under the mentorship of renowned value investor Claude Rosenberg. At RCM, Lisa developed her expertise in high-level client engagement and market analysis, participating in strategic meetings with institutional clients like CALPERS and CPERS. Her drive for innovation led her to help develop, execute and sell a groundbreaking “marketplace checks” research product, which provided unbiased, real-time market insights. This approach disrupted traditional investment strategies and quickly gained a loyal multi-million-dollar client base of elite investors.
After a successful career in finance, Lisa pivoted to fostering female entrepreneurship and angel investing, founding a business incubator focused on growth-stage companies and emerging markets. Her entrepreneurial endeavors further honed her ability to align strategic opportunities with personal and business goals—a skill she brings to every client relationship at Legacy Mediation Partners.
Lisa’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her family’s history. Inspired by her grandmother, Marian Hannah—San Francisco’s first female broker and co-owner of Excelsior Realty—Lisa carries forward a legacy of turning properties into meaningful investments. Marian’s fearless approach to acquiring and revitalizing distressed properties, coupled with her flair for life, left an indelible impression on Lisa, instilling a lifelong appreciation for the intersection of business, family, and legacy.
Today, Lisa leads Legacy Mediation Partners with a thoughtful process tailored to estate owners who are deciding what to do with their properties - sell or leave to their heirs; or heirs who have already or will inherit estates from their family and are grappling with how to manage their inheritance.
